My name is Tiffany Good. My passion is cake designing, and my purpose, is to make your special day… unforgettable.

For over 16 years I have baked, sketched, and designed Wedding Cakes, Groom’s Cakes, Custom Cakes, cupcakes, and pastries for restaurants, resorts, brides/grooms, and many clients.

My experience originated in 1998 as a young Pastry Chef at Revolution 2029 in Hollywood, Florida which eventually led to a position as Pastry Chef at Sunrise Florida’s, Wolfgang Puck Café. I was then pursued for the position as Pastry Chef for a trendy and successful Bistro Aix in Jacksonville, Florida. It would be in this city that I would learn, experiment and design Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Custom Cakes, and even pastries at Cinotti’s Bakery, French Bistros and Private Beach Resorts, such as The Amelia Island Plantation Resort.

I have traveled across the country learning the latest techniques from nationally acclaimed Pastry Chefs and Cake designers, such as Ewald Notter Colette Peters, and Mike McCarey. These experiences have enhanced my artistic styles and have given my creations a more delicious palette, moving from simple and elegant to fantastic and out of the ordinary.

In late 2007, I was afforded an opportunity to pursue my creative ambitions, and opened Tiffany’s Baking Co. in the mountains of Asheville North Carolina. Now earning a reputation as a successful and professional Wedding Cake Vendor for Asheville and Western North Carolina.
